What people are saying

Real people. Real clarity. Real Results.

★★★★★

I find Clear Days incredibly useful! My to-do list covers so many different things and I have been keeping it all in my head. This has led to me forgetting an important task. Clear Days organizes my tasks and reminds me which days to do them. The platform is also so simple to use.

👋 How Clear Days works

You've done the hardest part. Everything is out of your head and into a plan. Here's how to make the most of it. You can reopen this anytime from How it works at the top of your plan.

Your plan at a glance

Everything you dumped is sorted into time buckets (Do Today, Do Tomorrow, This Week, and beyond) and organized by life zone and priority. A fresh quote greets you up top, and your tasks sit below.

Every task is more than a name

  • 🏷️ The colored label is the task's life zone. Click it to change it, or add your own zones.
  • 📅 The date shows when it's scheduled. Click to adjust it, and it moves to the right week automatically.
  • project groups related tasks under one name. Click to name it and pick a color.
  • 🔁 turns a task into a recurring one. Click to set how often it repeats.
  • The priority button cycles through High, Med, and Low.
  • The time estimate shows how long a task should take. These add up across your day, so you can catch an overloaded list before it derails you. Click to adjust.
  • 📝 opens a notes field for context, links, or next steps.
  • The × at the end of the row, just past the recurring and priority buttons, removes the entire task. It goes to Recently deleted for 30 days, so nothing is ever truly lost.

Feeling stuck on something big?

Under any task, click "Help me break this down →" and the AI turns it into concrete small steps. Great for anything vague or overwhelming you've been avoiding. If you don't want that option on a particular task, click the small × beside the button and it removes the break-it-down option for that task.

Filters

At the top of your plan, filter by priority, life zone, or project. Handy when you want to focus on just one area at a time.

Add more anytime

Life keeps generating things. Scroll to "Got more on your mind?" at the bottom, add whatever landed, and Clear Days re-sorts it into your plan.

Let the AI help

  • "Show me what Solution Garden's AI noticed" looks at everything on your plate and surfaces things you might have missed, like tasks that keep getting pushed, goals that conflict, or a heads-up that one day is overloaded.
  • 💬 "Need help? Ask me anything" answers real questions like "I have a meeting in an hour and 10 things on my list. What do I do right now?" It's trained on Shay's voice and 20+ years of project management, and it can even make changes to your plan for you.

Pick 3 fun things

At the very top of your plan. Tap it and you get a list of small good things: read something, sit outside, take a walk, have a coffee that isn't on the way to somewhere else. Whatever you pick lands in today's list alongside everything else, tagged as yours.

The list is yours to change. Remove anything that doesn't sound fun to you, add your own, and it saves so you see your version every day after that.

Fun is not a reward for finishing the list. It belongs on it.

Show me what to simplify

Near the bottom, above the help chat. This is the Simplification Check: you pick life or work, and it walks you through six areas asking what's true for you. Food, home, money, your calendar, the stuff you carry around in your head. Or projects, meetings, messages, the work you keep redoing.

At the end you get five specific things to change, in the order worth doing them, and each one has a Show me how button with the actual steps. It emails you the whole plan, steps included, and you can send any of it straight onto this plan with a date on each one.

It's $5 for everyone else. It's free for you, every time you run it, because you subscribe.

Under your plan

Near the bottom you'll also find View completed items (for the satisfaction of seeing your progress), Recently deleted, and Brain dumps (the raw text of your last few dumps).

A few gentle reminders

  • If something has been following you for months, that's information. It might be time to release it rather than keep carrying it.
  • The time estimates are guesses. Adjust them. You know your life better than the AI does.
  • Start with one thing. Just one. The list will still be there tomorrow.
  • Do a full reset once a week. Sunday evenings work well for a lot of people. Ten minutes keeps everything from piling up again.

Use it like any other app on your phone

Add Clear Days to your home screen so it opens full-screen and lives right alongside your other apps.

  • iPhone: open in Safari, tap Share (the box with an up arrow), then Add to Home Screen, then Add.
  • Android: open in Chrome, tap the ⋮ menu, then Add to Home Screen, then Add.
