Terms of Service

👋 The short version
Clear Days is a weekly planning tool made by Solution Garden. Use it to get clarity on your week — don't use it to do anything harmful. We're upfront about what your subscription costs and how to cancel. If something isn't working right, tell us and we'll fix it.
🎁 Free trial
When you create a Clear Days account, you get a 7-day free trial with full access to everything. No credit card is needed to start. At the end of your trial you'll be invited to subscribe to continue using the app. If you don't subscribe, your account remains but plan generation is paused.
💳 Subscription
After your free trial, Clear Days is $9/month (USD). Your subscription:
- Renews automatically each month on the date you subscribed.
- Can be cancelled at any time from your account settings — no questions asked.
- Gives you unlimited plan resets, email reminders (if opted in), and all future features.
We don't offer refunds for partial months, but if you cancel before your next billing date you keep access until that date. If you believe you were charged in error, email us at hello@solutiongarden.ca and we'll sort it out.
✅ Acceptable use
Clear Days is for personal weekly planning. By using it you agree to:
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
- Not submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights.
- Keep your login credentials secure and not share your account.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that are being misused. We'll always try to contact you first if there's a problem.
🔧 The service is provided as-is
Clear Days is a planning aid, not a substitute for professional advice. The plans it generates are AI-powered suggestions — use your own judgement about what's right for your situation.
We do our best to keep the service available and accurate, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Solution Garden is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Clear Days.
We'll give reasonable notice before making significant changes to the service or pricing.
📜 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts.
